We ship worldwide, with a primary focus on the United Kingdom and European countries.
Orders are fulfilled via our trusted logistics partners and distribution centres, depending on your location and stock availability.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on orders over a certain value (see checkout for details).

  • For orders below that value, shipping fees will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout before payment.


5. Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become visible.


7. Shipping Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Local postal conditions, strikes, or weather-related disruptions

8. Delivery Confirmation

If your tracking shows the order has been delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please check with neighbours or your local delivery office.

  • If the parcel cannot be located, contact our support team and we will investigate the matter further.
