Return & Refund Policy

At Radiance Man, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with the terms below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period expires 14 days after you, or a third party indicated by you (excluding the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at support@radianceman.co.uk with a clear statement of your decision. Using a standard withdrawal form is optional.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn and in resalable condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and labels

  • Be returned within 14 days from your notification of withdrawal

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@radianceman.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
